Egyptian Newspaper’s Explosive Allegation: President Obama Is a Secret Muslim Brotherhood Member

End Of Days News

One could hardly come up with a more explosive allegation about a U.S. president than secret membership in an Islamist group. And if that weren’t enough, the newspaper also claims that President Obama’s half-brother Malik is allegedly an Al Qaeda activist.

“This is the first flight out test of this new version of the Sparrow, and was conducted at Israeli test range over the Mediterranean sea,” the ministry said in a statement. “All the elements of the system performed according to their operational configuration.”

The Sparrow is a cutting edge family of missiles developed by Israeli defense contractor Rafael that, though fired from a plane, traces the flight path of a ground-to-ground Scud B, Scud D or cruise missile, depending on the make. It is used to train antimissile systems and troops, who practice shooting it down. More

6 Important Stories Silenced by Syria War Drums

End Of Days News

1. NSA Spying on the World.
The biggest story in the world prior to Syria’s chemical weapons attack, a story that the Administration moaned they could not get out in front of, are the relentless leaks exposing how the U.S. is spying on the world.  In addition to American citizens being targeted with warrantless spying, it has been revealed that the NSA is also spying on the EU, the UN, G20 (Russia), Germany, Brazil, and the Olympics just to name a few documented targets of illegal spying by the United States. The recent developments since the Syria conflict blacked out any serious coverage has been the release of the black budget for spying of $52 billion, and more countries like France (announced yesterday) and Latin American presidents being added to the growing list of NSA’s victims. What’s more, the NSA conducted 231 offensive cyber-ops in 2011, hailed as ‘active defense’.  Finally, the vast use of illegal wiretaps by the DEA is also coming to light.
2. Fukushima Radiation Leaks.
Over the weekend, Tokyo Electric Power admitted that a spike in radiation levels spewing out of their Fukushima reactor is 18 times higher than previously reported. The radiation measured 1,800 millisieverts an hour – high enough to kill someone in just four hours of exposure. The truth about just how much radiation the Fukushima meltdown is causing is just now being revealed to the public. The situation has finally been upgraded to a “serious incident“.  Just hours ago CNN reports new, previously unreported leaks are now taking place: “Several tanks and pipes at the crippled Fukushima Daiichi plant are suspected of leaking toxic water the chairman of the Japanese nuclear watchdog, Shunichi Tanaka, said Monday.”
3. Obama’s Executive Actions on Guns.
The White House announced last week that Obama has taken two more executive actions on guns without Congressional approval that appear to infringe on the Second Amendment. If you own a gun that Obama vaguely defines as one of the “most dangerous weapons, such as machine guns and short-barreled shotguns”, you are now hereby ordered to come forward, register it, and submit to a background check in order to lawfully possess it — otherwise you’ll be deemed to be engaging in criminal behavior. He also banned guns from being owned by corporate entities or legal trusts. Whatever side of the gun control debate you fall on, no one should advocate “executive actions” that override the Constitution.
4. Debt Ceiling.
Reuters points out today that the Syrian conflict will distract Congress from dealing with the fast approaching debt ceiling or “fiscal cliff” that keeps getting steeper as lawmakers continue to put off dealing with budgetary concerns: “A vote in Congress over whether to launch U.S. attacks against Syria is expected to wreak collateral damage – leaving too little time on Capitol Hill to deal with fast-approaching fall deadlines to fund government agencies and raise the debt limit.”  Congress has not passed a budget in over three years and repeatedly fails to control the purse strings, though it is one of their primary duties under the Constitution.
5. Disaster Warnings.
FEMA has been frantically preparing for a large-scale disaster. Yes, that’s their supposed role, but the uptick in recent activity cannot be ignored, especially in light of the string of warnings bubbling beneath the surface. There’s been a sudden surge in solar flare and EMP warnings as well as cyber threats that have the potential to take down the electric grid in America and around the world.
Outgoing DHS secretary Janet Napolitano issued grave warnings to her successor that they should expect to deal with a massive cyber attack and/or a natural disaster of unprecedented size and scope. Many alternative researchers believe these warnings and preparations are related to the approaching comet ISON.  Regardless of the trigger, there’s enough evidence to suggest that some kind of disaster is approaching. We should start paying attention to these warnings and prepare accordingly.
6. Feds Effectively Legalize Marijuana and Gay Marriage.
Not all recent developments hidden by the Syria narrative have been negative. The Department of Justice recently announced that they will not be prosecuting the war on weed in states that have legalized its use for medical or recreational purposes. Although the DOJ clearly stated that marijuana will remain illegal at the federal level, this policy shift effectively leaves pot up to the states. Around the same time, the IRS announced that it will recognize same-sex unions for tax purposes regardless of state laws. In times of peace, these would be HUGE stories and they are indeed important events. It’s not everyday some liberty is yielded back to the people from a power-hungry government.

High radiation spreads at ruined Fukushima plant, Japan vows aid

End Of Days News

Tokyo Electric Power Company's (TEPCO) tsunami-crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. Japan's government is moving to take a more direct role in the clean-up of the wrecked Fukushima nuclear plant, as concerns grow over the ability of embattled TEPCO to handle the legacy of the worst atomic disaster in a quarter century.

Tokyo: High radiation levels are spreading at the ruined Fukushima nuclear plant, its operator said on Monday, and the Japanese government prepared to offer more funding and oversight to try to contain the crisis.

Japanese authorities were seeking to address criticism that Tokyo Electric Power Co has bungled the response to the world's worst nuclear accident since Chernobyl.
Japanese officials fear the Fukushima crisis could threaten Tokyo's bid to host the 2020 Olympics
"Tokyo Electric has been playing a game of whack-a-mole with problems at the site," Trade and Economy Minister Toshimitsu Motegi said in a televised interview.

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe vowed to "step forward and implement all necessary policies" to deal with the flood of radioactive waste building up at Fukushima since the March 2011 reactor meltdown at Fukushima.

Mass. atheists get day in court for Pledge of Allegiance as nation holds breath

End Of Days News

This week, the highest court in Massachusetts will hear the argument of an atheist couple who think the Pledge of Allegiance — especially with its mention of “under God” — violates students’ rights, and court experts say the outcome will reverberate around the nation.

Religion News Services reported that the Supreme Judicial Court is set to hear Doe v. Action-Boxborough Regional School District on Wednesday and determine shortly afterward whether the Pledge of Allegiance can be recited in public schools.

The atheist couple is remaining anonymous in their suit. The suit deviates a bit from prior challenges to the “under God” phrase and instead focuses on whether recitation that’s compulsory is against state equal rights laws. Religion News Services called the suit a thinly disguised legal maneuver aimed at abolishing the pledge out of objection to the “under God” phrase by using an indirect argument that’s proved successful in a previous case.

The case is being watch around the nation.

The school already has won round one, when a lower court in 2012 ruled that reciting the pledge was not a violation of the state constitution. Oral arguments on Wednesday will speak directly to that ruling, Fox News reported.

A court ruling in favor of the atheists would only open the floodgates for similar Pledge of Allegiance challenges around the nation, said one attorney representing the defendants, from the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty.

Obama To Meet With LGBT Activists While In Russia

End Of Days News

Following his cancellation of a bilateral meeting with President Vladimir Putin, U.S. President Barack Obama may infuriate the Kremlin further by meeting Russian human rights activists, including LGBT rights groups, during his upcoming trip to St Petersburg for the G20 summit.

Four Russian non-governmental organizations told BuzzFeed Monday they had been invited to the meeting, scheduled for this Thursday at St. Petersburg’s Crowne Plaza Hotel. The groups include veteran human rights activists Lev Ponomarev and Lyudmila Alexeyeva, legal aid NGO director Pavel Chikov, and Coming Out, a St. Petersburg-based LGBT organization. Another local LGBT group, the LGBT Network, is believed to be attending, though director Igor Kochetkov declined to comment to BuzzFeed, saying that he had been “asked not to say anything.”

Election monitoring group Golos is also believed to have been invited, though BuzzFeed could not reach its director or deputy director to confirm. Russia’s justice ministry forced Golos, which used to receive funding from USAID, to disband this summer under a law on “foreign agents” that many believed was created specifically to target the group.

Obama’s trip to Russia for a summit of the Group of 20 industrialized nations comes amid a deep rift between the US and Russia, not least over the countries’ competing stances on Syria. Obama was due to hold a one-on-one meeting with Putin in Moscow before heading to the summit, but abruptly called that off last month in the wake of deteriorating relations and Russia’s sheltering of NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden. Putin has repeatedly accused members of Russia’s civil society as being in the pay of the U.S. State Department. More

Israel Conducts Joint Missile Interception Test With U.S. In Mediterranean

End Of Days News

The US and Israeli Tuesday, Sept. 3, carried out a joint anti-missile missile test in the Mediterranean to prepare for a possible Syrian-Hizballah attack on Israel and Jordan in retaliation for the planned US military strike on Syria. US and Israel officials reported that the Israeli Ankor (Sparrow) was used as the target missile for testing the interceptors.

According to DEBKAfile’s military sources, the test demonstrated that since delaying his planned strike on Syria last Saturday, President Barack Obama has revised his plans and instead of  “a narrow, limited” attack is contemplating a broader offensive for degrading the Assad regime. The arrival of the USS Nimitzaircraft carrier in the Red Sea is further evidence of this intention.

The missile trial also indicates an updated US-Israeli consensus that Iran, Syrian and Hizballah mean business by the mounting level of the threats to fire missiles at Israel, Jordan and Turkey if the Americans go through with their strike against Syria. Such retaliation cold lead to the Syrian conflict expanding substantially into a regional war, which Moscow, Tehran and Damascus have in the last 48 hours admitted was virtually unavoidable.

Russia on Tuesday announced that its missile early warning station at Armavir on the Black Sea had detected the launch of two missiles from the central part of the Mediterranean Sea fired towards the Sea's eastern coastline. Armavir was set up to track missile launches from Europe and Iran.
According to DEBKAfile’s military sources, US warships cruising opposite the Syrian coast and carrying Aegis anti-missile missiles, alongside Tomahawk cruise missiles ready for the strike on Syria, did take part in the test.

The Syria Crisis - Looking Behind The Curtain

Scott at PROPHECY UPDATE
At this point it has become obvious that far more is going on behind the scenes than what we are reading in the MSM articles, commentaries and news stories regarding Syria. At first, an attack by the U.S. appeared imminent as the infamous 'red line' had been crossed, presumably by the use of chemical weapons by the Syrian government. Strong rebuttals came from both Syria and Russia, demanding evidence - evidence that has either not been produced or revealed to Russian authorities. Then came the threats by the axis of Iran-Russia-Syria. Then we saw what appeared to be a back-down ... more
