'A peaceful and natural deterrent to radical Islam'

(SEATTLE.CBSLOCAL) — An Idaho ammunition manufacturer has developed a new line of pork-laced bullets they hope will fight against Islamic terrorists – and keep them from going to heaven.

South Fork Industries of Dalton Gardens, Idaho, took traditional bullets and coated them in pork-infused paint to make them “haram,” or unclean, under Islamic law. The company’s website labels the “Jihawg Ammo” bullets as “Peace Through Pork” and a “peaceful and natural deterrent to radical Islam.”

“With Jihawg Ammo, you don’t just kill an Islamist terrorist, you also send him to hell. That should give would-be martyrs something to think about before they launch an attack. If it ever becomes necessary to defend yourself and those around you our ammo works on two levels,” the company said in a press release earlier this month.

“An Iranian government spokesman has said that outgoing President Mahmud Ahmadinejad will return with the Hidden Imam, who according to Shi’ite belief went into hiding in the 10th century and will reappear to bring justice to Earth,” reports Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.

“God willing, with the manifestation of Imam Mehdi, Ahmadinejad will also return and work for the establishment of pure Islam,” spokesman Gholam Hossein Elham was quoted as saying by Iranian news agencies.

The antichrist will move his seat of power from the E.U. to Jerusalem where multitudes will pledge allegiance to him.	Mahdi will move his seat of power from Medina to Mecca where thousands will pledge allegiance to him.
The antichrist will force people to worship him or be beheaded.	Mahdi will supposedly force people to convert to Islam or be beheaded.
The antichrist will be given control of the earth during the 7 years of Tribulation.	Mahdi will rule over the Arabs and world for 7 years.
The antichrist will setup a one world religion and government.	Mahdi will setup a one world religion and government.
The antichrist will come in peace, but eradicate all that oppose him and demand people worship him.	Mahdi will supposedly exterminate all tyranny and oppression bringing harmony and total peace.
The antichrist will proclaim himself as God in the Jewish Temple with the False Prophet at his side.	Mahdi will supposedly lead a prayer in Mecca in which Jesus will be at his side as his lieutenant.

When compared side by side, the picture becomes clear. Beyond any doubt, the 12th Imam is Christianity’s antichrist. The Twelver’s evil is our good; their good is our evil. Both Christianity and Islam have a very well-defined eschatology, or period of the last days; both of them cannot be correct.

After celebrating the Supreme Court’s decision, same-sex couples may want to phone their accountants.

In addition to having implications for Social Security benefits, child care rights and retirement planning, the high court’s ruling that the Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional might mean a check from Uncle Sam. Couples may be able to amend prior years’ tax returns to receive bigger refunds now that their marriages are recognized by the federal government. Income tax filing has been frustrating for many couples, some of whom had to file as many as four separate returns because of the conflicting state and federal rules. And since they were unable to file joint returns, same-sex couples lost out on some of the deductions and credits allowed for heterosexual couples, such as breaks offered to those selling a home and child-related tax credits.

To be sure, the decision leaves some question marks. The court cases did not address how the government should treat civil unions between same-sex couples, says Alison Flores, an attorney and analyst with the Tax Institute at H&R Block. Also, the ruling does not mean states that currently prohibit same-sex marriage now have to permit it.

But experts say couples may want to meet with their accountant to run through some of the case’s financial implications. Here is a look at some key topics to consider.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, attending a Golani Brigade exercise on the Golan Wednesday, said: This exercise is not theoretical. The situation around us is fluid and inflammable but Israel stands ready for any changes. “Our forces must have the will to break the enemy. We are not challenging anyone,” he said, “but are fully able to stand up to anyone who challenges us.”  Smoke came out of the undercarriage of the Hercules C-130 transport flying troops to the Golani exercise as it landed at the Mahanayim military airfield. No one was hurt.
