Iraq: Sunni jihad-martyrdom suicide bomber murders at least 13 people in Shi'ite village
This cycle of violence and revenge, violence and revenge, will never end,
because it is called for and sanctioned by Islam. “And We ordained for them
therein a life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for
an ear, a tooth for a tooth, and for wounds is legal retribution” (Qur'an
5:45).
